ADA Rooms: If you need accommodations in an ADA-designated room, be sure to mention the type of ADA room you will require when making your reservation. The hotel will do their best to accommodate your request. If you would like us to follow up with the hotel on your behalf, once you make your reservation, email your name, confirmation number, contact email or phone #, and type of ADA room you requested to our Hotel Liasion and we will verify that the information is in your reservation record for the front desk agent to see when you check in. ADA Rooms as also on a first come first served basis.

Parking: There will be Self Parking available at the conference center and at the hotel. The hotel does not offer Valet Parking. We are working with the hotel for a possible valet parking solution and will announce any changes if/when they become available.

Transportation: The White Flint Metro stop on the Red Line is within walking distance from the hotel.

Animals: The hotel’s policy is that only service animals are allowed.

Sightseeing and Dining: There is a restaurant and a bar at the hotel. There are also many restaurants offering a range of prices and cuisine close to the hotel. If sightseeing is desired, the White Flint Metro Station is close by to take you into Washington, D.C. and surrounding areas.
